Metal Stamping Capabilities
Prototype Development
Developing a quality prototype is one of the most important steps in manufacturing a part. Not only does it allow the engineering team to test the functionality and usefulness of the part, but it also allows the team to test its mechanical feasibility. Because of this, Four Star Tool integrates itself early on in the prototype development stage of a component so that we are able to assist in perfecting the design of both the part and the tool used to make it. Our clients often appreciate the recommendations that we are able to provide as we collaborate to improve the cost and manufacturability of each part.
In addition to the initial design of each part, our team will continue to provide support throughout the lifetime of each product. We focus on process development beginning at how we receive the raw materials to delivery of the finished part. Ultimately, our goal is to complete the manufacturing process in the most efficient manner possible, therefore reducing the cost and the level of effort required by our customers.

Our Equipment
Our stamping department is comprised of 19 presses ranging from 15 to 125 tons. Each machine is meticulously cared for to promote safe and reliable functionality. This allows us to ensure that our customer’s deadlines are met and that the tools we use are kept out of harm’s way.
Our Commitment to Quality
As a manufacturer that has been operating for over 55 years, we know the high level of quality that is expected of us by our customers and aim to exceed that quality through every part that comes off of our presses. We capitalize on our many years of experience within the industry by applying our knowledge and skills in order to eliminate variances between manufactured parts and their intended design. We do this in a manner that can not only be seen in a single part, but one that can be observed in repetition across every piece of metal that we stamped. We invite you tour our facility so that we can show the level of care and thought that goes into the parts that we manufacture today.
